We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to become an integral part of our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations, including managing resources, tracking trends, and forecasting analysis.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our project management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and make strategic recommendations to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations, including resource allocation and project deadline management.
  • Manage and improve operational practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams and ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or in a similar capacity within the electrical contracting industry.

Additionally, you should possess strong knowledge of NEC electrical codes and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills, are also essential.
