Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loan Production Specialist to join our team at Technology Credit Union. As a Loan Production Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and follow-up of loan and membership applications received from non-branch sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain technical understanding of all loan products, procedures, and campaigns.
  • Process membership applications, cross-sell relevant products, and adhere to Service Level Standards.
  • Accurately explain loan features, benefits, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify referral and cross-sell opportunities, maintain a high level of availability for calls, and respond to member concerns in a timely manner.
  • Act as primary member contact for loan services and products, lead research on complex issues, and take action on sales to complete transaction details.
  • Implement and meet the Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) service level agreement (SLA) guideline, coordinate remote signings, and gather necessary documents for application analysis and loan disbursal.
  • Clearly communicate decisions to members, monitor agent display, and maintain complete and accurate notes on loan and membership application event history.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years' increasing experience in related disciplines, including consumer loans, other financial products, in a sales and service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, good time-management skills, and awareness of consumer loan products, applications, and regulations.
  • Possess solid PC skills, strong sales/service, organization, and team orientation skills, and meets individual product referral goals.
  • Achieves a regular Call/Email average of 90% or better, ability to work in a team environment, and possess analytical, organizational, and problem resolution skills.
Benefits

As a Loan Production Specialist at Technology Credit Union, you will enjoy a competitive salary range from $51,000 to $71,000 with bonus potential of 5%, health care benefits, life and disability insurance, 12 paid holidays, and 401k with a company match.

Additionally, you will accrue 5.54 Paid Time Off (PTO) hours per bi-weekly paycheck (18 days per year) and will increase with length of service. Eight hours of Voluntary Time Off (VTO) are granted to full-time employees annually to dedicate time to charitable organizations.
