Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, verify, and enter application details for mortgage financing.
- Consult with clients to explore their home loan alternatives.
- Examine residential loan application files to ensure completeness and compliance with established criteria, including borrower assets, liabilities, and employment history.
- Notify management of any inconsistencies in title or survey documentation.
- Execute additional related tasks as required.
- Maintain a current and valid NMLS license along with appropriate state licensing in good standing.
Qualifications:
- Possession of relevant state licensing is mandatory.
- A preferred background of two to five years in the mortgage industry.
Compensation:
