Role Summary

  • Accountable for gathering and structuring data for loan requests
  • Compiling loan packages for approval and distribution of sanctioned loans
  • Primary liaison for communication within the Loan Division

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritizes exceptional Member Service as the core focus
  • Keeps current knowledge of loan offerings and promotional initiatives
  • Interacts with applicants, recommends appropriate loan options, confirms details, and evaluates credit histories
  • Inputs precise information into the lending system, prepares loans for execution, and introduces supplementary loan options
  • Manages inquiries through various communication channels
  • Prepares essential loan documentation for different loan categories
  • Disburses loan funds in accordance with approval guidelines
  • Informs members regarding the status of their loans
  • Coordinates with external parties and employers for verification processes
  • Maintains loan records in compliance with organizational policies
  • Processes vehicle and mortgage documentation
  • Performs assigned tasks as required
  • Complies with company policies, legal standards, and regulations

Qualifications

  • Understanding of lending terminology and principles
  • Sales aptitude and interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy in data entry, computer proficiency, and familiarity with business applications

Physical Requirements

Primarily a sedentary position with occasional light lifting involved.

Work is conducted indoors, with some instances of climbing stairs or ladders.
