- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain processes for reporting and documentation, and lead teams with diverse expertise in measurement.
- Team Leadership: Establish team goals and monitor progress, construct reliable reports for quality initiatives, and anticipate the impact of healthcare reform on employer analytics.
Essential Functions:
- Management Oversight: Provide management oversight and professional development, set strategic and operational objectives, and offer advanced analytical support to senior leaders.
- Financial and Operational Reporting: Prepare complex financial and operational reports, and lead strategic data-related projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Collaborate on the departmental budget, develop prioritization processes for analytics resources, and guide statistical analyses, programming, and data management.
- Project Management: Lead large-size projects for data and financial improvement, ensure clear documentation of reports for interpretation, and provide technical expertise in applied statistics and database management.
- Training and Development: Train new analysts on departmental tools and data structure, conduct team meetings, and document workflows.
Qualifications:
Education: Required Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Biological Science, Mathematics, or related field. Preferred Master's Degree in Public Health, Statistics, Health Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 7 years Experience in management and/or analytical roles
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Experience in programming, database management, and statistical analysis
- Demonstrated project management skills

- Advanced quantitative and statistical skills
- Ability to interpret complex data for strategic projects
