The Sales Manager role is a critical position that assists the General Manager in overseeing all front-end production activities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets. Ideal candidates possess strong customer service skills and sales expertise. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving and surpassing key performance sales indicators for the health club, and collaborates with the General Manager to train and develop the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain an effective referral program to drive business growth.
  • Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls, tracking results in the company's CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members and guests with a positive attitude and a smile, contributing to a welcoming environment.
  • Follow up and follow through with all prospective clients to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Respond promptly to member requests, inquiries, and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the Personal Training Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled and customer needs are met.

Requirements:


  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
  • Previous sales experience, with a strong background in sales skills (experience working in a sales quota-bearing structure is highly preferred).
  • Able to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Functional computer skills, with proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Fitness-minded individuals are strongly preferred.
  • Flexibility to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed.
