Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at eTek IT Services, Inc. This role will be responsible for driving the ingestion and integration of core data domains to be leveraged by Business Intelligence / Advanced Analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the ingestion and integration of core data domains to be leveraged by Business Intelligence / Advanced Analytics teams
  • Propel analytics through robust data comprehension, requirement mapping, data modeling, and cross-functional partnership for solution delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture details of requirements, understand, create and document use cases, collect samples, and find tests
  • Apply knowledge of products and business drivers to enhance work and advocate for solutions
  • Work directly with customers and team members to capture details of requirements, understand, create and document use cases, collect samples, and find tests
  • Develop conceptual and practical expertise in system and process analysis
  • Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant areas and/or extensive work experience focused in data management and analysis
  • Minimum 8 years of related professional experience ideal
  • Proven ability to sift through requirements, identify critical information, analyze, document and work with an engineering team on solution options
  • Experience working with Databricks and Snowflake in an Enterprise environment
  • Strong technical skillset (e.g. SQL, Data Modeling, Business Requirements, Amazon Web Services)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams
