Job Title: Refugee Resettlement Case Aide

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Refugee Resettlement team as a Case Aide. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful integration and self-sufficiency of refugees within our local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with basic needs such as transportation, orientation, and accessing community resources.
  • Provide translation and interpretation services as needed to facilitate communication between clients and program staff or external service providers.
  • Offer emotional support and encouragement to refugees as they navigate the challenges of resettlement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including case notes, progress reports, and required documentation for program compliance.
  • Prepare and submit reports to funding agencies or other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics for client appointments, workshops, and events.
  • Support Case Managers with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining program materials.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One (1) year experience in an administrative setting.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License.
