Job Title: Bilingual Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Case Manager to join our team at Dynamic Service Solutions. As a Bilingual Case Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely release of unaccompanied children (UC) in accordance with Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate case management services, including the safe and timely release of UC, in accordance with ORR policy and procedures.
  • Develop and implement service plans to ensure that all youth have access to diverse and meaningful program offerings.
  • Provide training for case aides regarding responsibilities within the ChildrenFirst Residential Care Program, including agency, state, and federal policy updates and changes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation as required by state and federal regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with families, children/youth, colleagues, consultants, and community agencies.
  • Develop and maintain emotional intelligence for effective self-care and role-modeling for youth, staff, and families.
  • Ensure that treatment services are provided to all youth and families 24/7 in keeping with agency standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Human Services, or other relevant behavioral science.
  • 2 years of progressive employment experience as a case manager.
  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish (read, write, and speak).
  • Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday from 1:30 pm to 10 pm.
