Position Responsibilities

The Project Manager (Civil) will take on a pivotal role in leading projects, ensuring the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific assignments align with the company's strategy, commitments, and objectives.

Essential Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  2. Professional Registration is required.
  3. A minimum of 4 years of post-collegiate experience in Infrastructure Design, with a proven track record in:
  • Hands-on design and construction services.
  • Leadership and development of staff.
  • Project management.
  • Maintaining a profitable business line.
Proven ability to navigate complex issues involving multiple decision-making entities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to work extended hours as needed.Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Understanding of personal safety protocols on construction sites.Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and respond to client needs promptly.Key Duties Include:
  1. Independent design, consulting, and preparation of engineering documents for a diverse range of project types and sizes.
  2. Management of projects and personnel (both internal staff and external consultants) for consulting projects, including marketing, contract management, billing/collection, and ensuring project profitability.
  3. Development and execution of project work plans, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving needs and requirements.
  4. Identification of required resources and assignment of individual responsibilities.
  5. Management of daily operational aspects of projects and scopes.
  6. Review of deliverables prepared by the team prior to client submission.
  7. Effective application of methodologies and enforcement of project standards.
  8. Preparation for engagement reviews and quality assurance processes.
  9. Minimization of exposure and risk on projects.
  10. Ensuring project documentation is complete, current, and properly stored.
