Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at KDM Engineering. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver civil engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site development and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex civil engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement corrective actions.
