PJ's Coffee House of New Orleans is a leading specialty coffee roaster and retailer seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor par levels, and perform daily shift checklists to ensure that the store is well-stocked.

Requirements:

  • Barista Experience: Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.

Estimated Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour (dependent on experience) plus benefits and opportunities for growth.
