About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage all aspects of customer sales and service for assigned shows or events. This includes supervising Customer Sales and Service Representatives, creating work schedules, overseeing exhibitor lists, and delivering timely service, accurate billings, and up-sells as appropriate to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned shows and/or events to meet customer needs at field locations.
  • Supervise Customer Sales and Service Representatives and Event Coordinators.
  • Create work schedules for team members.
  • Oversee exhibitor lists and lead teams in resolving customer issues.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of customer sales and service functions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Associate Degree is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Experience in the tradeshow/event industry and/or telecommunications field is desired.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong managerial abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
