Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at StandardAero. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This includes:
- Acting as a liaison between operations, engineering, materials, sales, and customers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of products;
- Implementing solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and financial requirements;
- Leading teams and mentoring others to achieve transaction timelines and excellence;
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external clients, updating CRM databases, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Coordinating logistics, field service work, and rental requirements;
- Evaluating inventory levels, forecasting demands, and optimizing consignment inventory;
- Reporting issues or concerns related to quality, environmental, and safety management systems;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline with two years' experience, or a Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline;
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with expertise in negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt language to suit the audience;
- A proven commitment to professional practice, continuous improvement, and lifelong learning;
- Working knowledge of production management, inventory purchasing, and sales/marketing computer information systems;
