We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker II to join our team at the City of Louisville, KY. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect, repair, and service equipment, building structures, and electrical and plumbing fixtures
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, and painting duties as needed
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of our facilities
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to perform maintenance tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of semi-skilled maintenance work experience
- Valid driver's license
