Role Overview:
TEAM is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to support our dynamic organization. This role is essential in managing medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits for both corporate and worksite employees.

As an employer of record for over 6,000 employees nationwide, TEAM oversees a self-insured medical plan along with five fully insured medical plans.

The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will be a key contributor to the team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate will possess experience in medical benefits administration and demonstrate strong organizational, detail-oriented, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee medical benefits for TEAM's corporate and worksite employees.

2. Administer retirement benefits for TEAM's corporate and worksite employees on a daily basis.

3. Conduct benefits presentations and manage open enrollment, ongoing enrollment, and terminations from benefits plans.

4. Address employee and client inquiries regarding medical and retirement benefits.

5. Collaborate with vendors to select medical benefits, ensuring quality service and compliance for our employees.


6. Assist with compliance and data projects in partnership with the Accounting and Technology departments, including ACA, tax filings, and audits.

7. Perform audits to ensure benefits plans are administered in accordance with company policies and relevant laws.

8. Support additional Payroll & HR department projects as necessary.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical benefits administration; experience with retirement benefits is preferred.

2. Exceptional client service skills and a professional demeanor.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate other internal software systems.
