  • Participate in all required meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company standards, adapting to the hotel’s scheduling needs.
  • Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag.
  • Adhere to company standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient operations.
  • Maximize productivity efforts, identify areas for improvement, and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Effectively manage challenges, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Understand and apply complex information from various sources to achieve objectives.
  • Be willing to cross-train in other hotel-related functions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Demonstrate initiative by anticipating the needs of guests and operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in a hospitality or related field.
  • Previous culinary experience is essential.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Flexibility to work long hours as needed.
    • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
    • Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
    • Ability to tolerate temperature variations, both hot and cold.
