About the Job:
- You will work on the New Shepard program, ensuring compliance with software development standards.
- Collaborate with software engineers, systems engineers, and other stakeholders to improve processes.
- Mentor and train engineers on systems engineering best practices.
- Develop and maintain systems engineering processes, standards, and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in aerospace industry with 4+ years in software development.
- Knowledge of system safety and mission assurance principles.
- Experience with software standards like RTCA DO-178 and DO-278.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary range for this position is $170,805-$239,127, depending on location.
