Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Worker will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. This role will involve performing administrative tasks, operating technology and systems, and providing secondary support to clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs to monitor maintenance requests and other needs.
  • Perform administrative functions, including mail distribution, package shipments, and supply ordering.
  • Operate technology, systems, and software, such as copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.
  • Provide secondary support to clients, vendors, and property managers.
  • Assist in the management of direct reports and sub-contracted service workers.
  • Maintain the overall appearance and operation of the facility.
Qualifications
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn maintenance skills and gather data, information, and prepare reports.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work second/third shift, holidays, and weekends as required.
