Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Worker at Eckerd Connects, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. This is an hourly, non-exempt position that requires a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior janitorial, building maintenance, and groundskeeping assignments according to work orders.
• Demonstrate and abide by Eckerd Connects Core Values and operating principles.
• Maintain a work environment of zero accidents and injuries, including no loss-time accidents.
• Transport equipment and/or commodities throughout the center.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are clean and maintained in accordance with Center, Eckerd Connects, and DOL standards.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED, and one year's related work experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and relate to the trainee population.
• Knowledge of methods needed to instill appropriate maintenance techniques.
