Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential new clients.
- Present our services through a consultative approach via various communication methods.
- Establish new contracts with prospective clients to support their recruitment needs.
- Lead initial discussions with clients to ascertain their requirements for job openings.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Communicate job requirements to the Talent Sourcing and Recruiting teams for a successful recruitment process.
- Post job openings in the applicant tracking system and manage candidate communications.
- Create comprehensive job descriptions for marketing purposes.
- Keep the recruiting team updated on the status of open positions.
- Oversee the submission of qualified candidate resumes to clients.
- Maintain open communication with clients to gather feedback on candidates and understand the status of their searches.
- Ensure candidates are regularly informed about their application status.
- Identify potential candidate pools for open positions.
- Facilitate an efficient and effective recruitment process.
- Communicate offers to candidates as necessary.
- Assist with sourcing and interviewing candidates, along with other related tasks.
- A collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to excel in a goal-oriented, cooperative environment.
- Strong research and prospecting abilities.
- Capability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Must demonstrate urgency, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- Desire to work in a remote setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite.
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Experience in the nonprofit sector is preferred.
