  • The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center environment with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct team members to achieve department goals.
  • Monitor and improve team metrics, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Implement best practices to optimize customer service efficiency.
  • Coordinate training sessions and refreshers for new and existing team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call center environment with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of call center operations and technology.
