Key Responsibilities of a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Inspire and lead a team to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Conduct client assessments and visits in various locations.
- Develop and manage individualized care plans.
- Supervise nursing personnel in the field.
- Facilitate orientation and training for new nursing staff.
- Engage in the ongoing education of field staff and new hires.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is preferred or a willingness to learn.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential.
