Position Overview:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Escrow Manager is accountable for meeting branch strategic and financial goals by ensuring effective closing and settlement operations, fostering relationships with both internal and external clients, managing branch budgets, and leading branch personnel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee daily branch functions to align with operational standards.
  • Develop and supervise processes for the precise and prompt handling of title, scheduling, closing preparation, and post-closing activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries through the customer service management system.
  • Act as the primary contact for client questions and concerns.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets with an emphasis on cost efficiency and revenue enhancement.
  • Promote the advantages of PulteGroup to clients, real estate agents, and lenders.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies.
  • Stay informed about competitors' offerings and pricing.
  • Encourage branch involvement in community events, upholding Pulte values and culture.
  • Serve as a liaison among all parties involved in the Title & Settlement Process.
  • Manage all aspects of settlement transactions and facilitate closings.
  • Adhere to Escrow Accounting Business Practice Guidelines and comply with State Good Funds Statutes.
  • Review quality assurance reports related to escrow and address any compliance issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensing as mandated by State/Federal Agencies.
  • Notary Public license as required by State.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in Escrow Operations.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Expertise in RESPA and familiarity with company underwriting guidelines.
  • Knowledge of title and settlement regulations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a multi-location team environment.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, One Note; familiarity with Softpro is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates loyalty and support for organizational goals.
  • Collaborative team player.
