Chief Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Human Resources Officer to join our team at GQR. This is a strategic leadership role that will drive the development and implementation of HR initiatives crucial for advancing our corporate mission and objectives.
About the RoleThe Senior Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for providing key advisory services on strategic HR matters, guiding and supporting leaders on HR issues, promoting an engaging organizational culture, designing effective performance management frameworks, overseeing data-driven HR management, managing comprehensive talent management strategies, establishing HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal standards, developing compensation and benefits programs, controlling and optimizing the HR budget, and leading the HR department to promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor on strategic HR matters, providing insightful recommendations that influence the overall corporate strategy.
- Executive Coaching: Provide guidance and support to leaders on a range of HR issues, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Cultural Development: Lead efforts to foster an inclusive and positive organizational culture aligned with strategic business goals.
- Performance Optimization: Design and implement effective performance management frameworks that align employee goals with corporate objectives.
- Data-Driven HR Management: Oversee the analysis and interpretation of HR data to inform decisions that enhance HR policies and practices.
- Talent Oversight: Manage comprehensive talent management strategies to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Policy Formulation: Establish HR policies that effectively support organizational operations and strategic aims.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Rewards Strategy: Develop competitive and sustainable compensation and benefits programs.
- Budget Management: Control and optimize the HR budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Leadership and Development: Lead the HR department, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Over 15 years of HR management experience, with significant leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and business acumen.
- Skilled in managing change and organizational dynamics.
- Strong ethical foundation with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
Estimated Salary: $275,000 - $300,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.
