About Dufresne Spencer Group

Dufresne Spencer Group, a leading retail organization, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Center Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and process inbound merchandise, ensuring accurate and efficient receipt of products.
  • Verify and inspect merchandise for damage or defects, and report any issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of warehouse inventory, including stocking and restocking shelves.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals and objectives.
  • Participate in inventory management and control processes, including cycle counting and physical inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
