About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Center Associate to join our team at Dufresne Spencer Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all merchandise is assembled and in perfect condition for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unload inbound product and ensure it is properly prepared for display and sale.
  • Assemble and inspect merchandise to guarantee it meets our high standards of quality.
  • Locate merchandise in designated shipping bays for delivery and assist with customer pickups.
  • Repackage returned, pulled, repaired, or returned to vendor merchandise prior to relocation into racks.
  • Assist with various warehouse tasks as needed, including cleaning and organizing.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Ability to communicate in the English language in both speech and writing.
  • Ability to carry out goals and instructions and to follow through on assignments.
  • Ability to safely move up to 50 lbs. or more with assistance.
  • Ability to maintain heavy physical activity during shift.
