Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for distributing and processing customer quotes and purchase orders, as well as performing administrative duties on customer e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve, distribute, and/or enter customer quotes from various platforms
- Retrieve, distribute, acknowledge, and/or enter or update customer purchase orders from email and customer or 3rd party E-Commerce platforms
- Customer Account assignment coding
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure orders are processed timely
- Perform administrative duties on customer E-Commerce platforms as required
Requirements
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written/verbal communications and follow-up skills
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues
