Foundation Risk Partners is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join their team as an Employee Benefits Sales Consultant. This role involves developing and maintaining a pipeline of new potential clients, sourcing referrals, and analyzing client needs to provide comprehensive solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of benefit plans and employee benefit terminology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cold call and source referrals. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and 5+ years of experience selling B2B solutions to C-suite executives, are required.
