Job Title: Director, Senior Consultant of Data Strategy & Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Senior Consultant of Data Strategy & Analytics to join our team at Leap Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our data strategy and analytics efforts, driving business growth, and delivering breakthrough client performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse department in creating dashboards, enabling tracking, and extracting valuable data insights.
  • Guide your team in orchestrating data workflows, methodologies, and interactive visualizations, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data collection and analysis across various channels.
  • Translate data findings into clear, actionable strategies for clients, ensuring dashboards provide actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with account directors, clients, strategists, and leaders to define audience frameworks and data strategies, promoting the use of DMP and CDP in data-driven use cases.
  • Develop and integrate Data Enablement & Utilization tools, supporting new business development teams with data-driven insights and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Business Acumen: Previous agency or business consulting experience, ability to interpret client business/technical requirements, and support in translating these into clearly articulated strategies.
  • Digital Media and Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in a similar leadership role in data and analytics within an advertising and digital marketing setting, solid understanding of tradition and digital media data, and experience with media measurement tools.
  • Strong Data Analysis/Insights Skills and Experience: Proficiency in analytics platforms, data visualization tools, and dashboards, knowledge of quantitative modeling techniques, and expertise in leveraging data for activation and strategy.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent storytelling and verbal/written communication skills, ability to simplify complex digital concepts, and dedication to teammates and a can-do attitude.
  • Continuous Learning and Growth Mindset: High sense of ownership, motivation, and agenda-setting, and genuine appetite for learning and broadening/deepening skillset and knowledge.
