Stabil Drill, a leading company in the energy industry, is seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team in Minot, ND.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and track personnel to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Exhibit leadership behavior, demonstrating professionalism, ethics, and responsibility.
  • Provide technical support to sales teams, advising on equipment specifications and customizations.
  • Ensure compliance with company and customer QHSE handbooks, procedures, and emergency protocols.
  • Perform other delegated duties to maintain department efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) required.
  • Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
