Water Well Driller

A skilled Water Well Driller is needed to drill water wells, install water well pumps and motors, and operate equipment as needed for the project. Work is outdoors in all weather conditions, and the work can be physically demanding.

• Drill water wells in various soil and weather conditions.
• Install water well pumps and motors, including basic electrical work.
• Operate water well drilling equipment and other equipment as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and document results.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Complete all required paperwork and daily reports in a timely manner.
• Supervise a crew, manage projects, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

• Valid Driver License.
• CDL (or ability to obtain) with a preference for CDL A.
• ND Water Well Driller's License (or ability to obtain).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5-10 years' experience in the Water Well Drilling industry is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. routinely and 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Willingness to relocate to North Dakota and complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

• Outdoor and in-shop work with occasional extreme temperatures.
• PPE provided, including gloves, shirts, and safety glasses.
• Most often, work schedule is Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and 40-60 hours per week.
• Some out-of-town travel is required with per diem and hotel provided.

• $35-$42 per hour plus overtime, depending on experience.
• Quarterly Performance Bonus based on productivity and profitability.
