Job OverviewUCP-Personnel Services is seeking skilled Oilfield Workers to join our team. As an Oilfield Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to drilling, extraction, and production of oil and gas.
Key Responsibilities- Install and repair pipelines, valves, and other equipment to ensure smooth oil or gas flow.
- Monitor oil wells to ensure optimal production levels.
- Monitor water levels in wells to prevent underground storage area dryness.
- Install new pipelines to connect new oil wells or repair existing ones.
- Repair damaged equipment such as pumps and valves to restore oil and gas production.
- Install and repair major equipment like compressors, separators, and storage tanks.
- Drill new wells using hand tools or power tools.
- Clean up oil spills to prevent ecosystem damage.
- Collect oil samples to test quality and composition.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in oil and gas extraction, transportation, and refining.
- Monitor gauges, dials, and indicators to ensure optimal machinery functioning.
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Assist in installing new equipment.
- Operate vehicles and heavy machinery.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Work long hours, including shifts, overnight, and weekends.
- Be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
- Be available for emergency callouts.
- Handle hazardous materials.
- Work in extreme weather conditions.
