Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive hardware and software assistance for Windows-based desktops and laptops.
- Configure, test, and install printers, scanners, and network multifunction devices.
- Utilize computer imaging to set up and configure laptops and PCs.
- Ensure that the latest approved BIOS updates and patches are implemented on all devices.
- Assist users with file sharing and permission-related issues.
- Track, log, and report each service request efficiently.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Windows support.
- Preferred: 6 months of experience with a vocational technical school certificate (e.g., CompTIA A+, Apple support).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent documentation, collaboration, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
