POSITION: Resident Services Manager (Full-time, Non-Exempt)

DIRECT REPORT: Community Manager

SUMMARY

The Resident Services Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, emphasizing resident satisfaction, retention, and a positive living experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)

  • Exhibit a professional, positive, and client-focused demeanor when interacting with team members, residents, clients, and the public.
  • Professionally manage incoming phone inquiries, addressing the needs of prospective clients, current clients, internal team members, and vendors.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the Community Manager and residents, guarantors, and property service providers.
  • Guarantee that residents enjoy a clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment.
  • Foster positive relationships between tenants and the community.
  • Utilize established leasing protocols to warmly welcome prospective clients, assess their needs, present property features effectively, and follow up on leasing opportunities.
  • Facilitate the completion of lease applications and assist in the verification process, informing prospective clients of the outcomes.
  • Oversee the implementation of renewal campaigns and ensure accurate and timely updates on renewal progress reports.
  • Collaborate with the Leasing and Marketing Team Lead to plan and execute resident engagement events.
  • Maintain precise client records in line with company policies, updating reports on notices to vacate, vacancies, and activities regularly.
  • Ensure the tour route is well-maintained to enhance curb appeal.
  • Assist residents with daily tasks as part of the community's concierge services, while actively contributing to community development.
  • Participate in required training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, particularly in resident and community relations.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • High energy and strong interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and computer proficiency.
  • Preferred experience in database management.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to embodying the company culture and core values consistently.
