Your Impact

The Service Operations Supervisor is an essential member of our team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations within their designated region. This role encompasses the supervision of all field service personnel and the management of workflow to meet productivity and service quality standards. The primary objective of the Service Operations Supervisor is to lead and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in testing, certification, and associated services. This includes managing the training, development, workflow efficiency, and performance of field service personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of field service technicians servicing a specific geographical area with a diverse range of service offerings.
  • Collaborate with upper management to ensure that efficiency and productivity targets are achieved, enabling the region to meet its financial and growth objectives.
  • Work with senior staff and the training department to guarantee adequate training and development for field personnel.
  • Coordinate with operations to optimize technician scheduling and address any logistical challenges.
  • Stay informed and involved in resolving customer issues and equipment malfunctions.
  • Occasionally perform testing, certification, environmental monitoring, calibration, and other services on client premises across various laboratory, hospital, and pharmacy environments.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, providing support to other managers and corporate shared services.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $75,000 - $110,000
    (Salary determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, along with internal equity and industry standards.)

Qualifications

Education and Experience
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

  • Some experience in people management is necessary.
  • A combination of education, training, and related experience may fulfill the requirements.
