Overview

The Senior Compliance Specialist will be instrumental in upholding adherence to internal policies, quality benchmarks, operational protocols, and industry regulations. This role encompasses the execution of compliance evaluations of scientific and engineering documentation, as well as laboratory systems. The specialist will maintain comprehensive auditing records, generate analytical reports, and oversee compliance outcomes to ensure data integrity and foster continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Compliance Evaluations: Perform thorough audits of scientific and engineering documentation to verify accuracy and completeness, including detailed comparisons of source data.
  • Review Laboratory Documentation: Assess records and processes associated with laboratory systems, including feedback mechanisms and documentation practices.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or Compliance.

Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in compliance or regulatory affairs, with a deep understanding of industry regulations.
