Job Title: Reserve Analyst

Newmark Group, Inc. is a world leader in commercial real estate, providing comprehensive services and products to clients across the industry spectrum. As a Reserve Analyst, you will play a critical role in reviewing special purpose reserve requests, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with investor, trustee, rating agency, regulatory, and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze reserve requests to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements
  • Provide oversight of Letters of Credit provided in lieu of cash reserve deposits
  • Communicate with borrowers and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of reserve obligations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking databases
  • Process draw packages in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Past experience with legal documents and contracts a plus
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite and database maintenance
