Job Description

**Overview of the Role**: Temecula Medical Supplies INC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure our office runs smoothly.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting the healthcare community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain office supplies.
  • Ensure timely distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance office efficiency and implement best practices to improve workflows.
  • Facilitate internal communication and serve as a liaison between departments to support collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical supplies industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
