Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through various outreach methods including calls, emails, and personal visits.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client and prospect insurance needs, presenting tailored proposals and renewal options.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to negotiate optimal coverage and pricing for clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.

  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and agency policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of various insurance products and policies.
  • Proven ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.

Requirements:

  • Active property and casualty insurance license.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated success in insurance sales.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
  • Valid US driver's license and required vehicle insurance.
