About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Credit and Pricing product line. As a key member of our Product organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product roadmaps that drive business growth, improve customer experience, and increase operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Sales, to ensure product requirements are met and customer needs are addressed.
  • Lead product development, testing, and deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize product features.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including product roadmaps, requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Partner with Engineering Leads to drive technical agenda and workforce in delivering against the Product roadmap.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in a product management role in a high-performing technology-powered product organization.
  • Proven experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation for enterprise technology solutions.
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technology architecture plans.
  • Experience delivering within cloud-based environments and applications, and understanding of legacy applications built using mainframes.
  • Experience in continuous delivery using Agile delivery concepts and toolkits.
  • Strong influence and negotiating skills, and the ability to overcome barriers and resistance to execute against strategic plans.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of a large enterprise organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Infrastructure technologies such as Infrastructure as Code and Platforms.
  • Experience with Monitoring Products.
  • SDLC and DevOps experience with automation concepts around CI/CD.
