Job Summary:

The Senior Quality Manager is a key member of the JOS Staffing team, responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in all aspects of our operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure effective quality management and process improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our operations.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to quality team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management and process improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their quality expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mathematics, chemistry, or quality management.
  • 3+ years of experience in a quality management role, with a focus on process improvement and quality systems.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
