Old National Bank is seeking a qualified Facilities Operations Senior Manager. This role involves collaborating with the entire Real Estate team to ensure that all Old National Bank properties are maintained to high standards of appearance and functionality. The Senior Manager will report directly to the Corporate Real Estate Director and will oversee both the internal facilities team and external property management and construction firms. This position will also involve working closely with the Facilities team on annual budget planning, prioritizing property maintenance, procurement, and asset management, while also focusing on the development of both existing and new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the external property management firm in conjunction with the Facilities Team.
  • Establish and enforce maintenance standards across the Old National Bank footprint to ensure consistency, quality workmanship, and effective expense management.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to identify cost-saving initiatives and work with Construction and Asset Management regarding new acquisitions and disposals.
  • Prioritize projects by gathering input from Regional Management and Executive Leadership, and develop cost-effective preventative maintenance programs.
  • Manage maintenance emergencies in partnership with Old National Bank leadership and the external property management firm.
  • Provide leadership to the facilities team and the real estate department.
  • Support the Corporate Real Estate Director in various initiatives.
  • Lead the Facilities Team effectively.
  • Develop the annual budget and preventative maintenance plans.
  • Drive process improvements across the facilities management function.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate facilities management.
  • Proven experience in team management and vendor oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree is preferred.

  • Strong public speaking abilities for leading team meetings and presenting to leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and various industry-specific software.
  • Must possess a vehicle for periodic travel to visit team members and properties.

Success Metrics:

  • Maintain properties professionally to minimize business and customer disruptions.
  • Proactively complete repairs and upgrades to reduce downtime.
  • Develop the skills and capabilities of the facilities team.
  • Adhere to budgetary constraints.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions without compromising quality, thereby enhancing the value of the Facilities team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing vendors.
