Chief Program Officer

Human Development Services of Westchester, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Program Officer to join our executive management team. As a critical member of our leadership team, the Chief Program Officer will be responsible for guiding multiple teams with comprehensive responsibilities, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage multiple teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective program operations.
- Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in developing and supporting a peer workforce and developing new recovery-oriented services as opportunities arise.
- Represent the agency as a community liaison and work with program directors to maintain census, corporate compliance, quality improvement activities, and revenue cycle management through Medicaid billing.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Provide strategic vision and leadership to drive organizational growth and success.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a minimum of eight years of progressively responsible supervisory experience.
- Strong background in program operations and experience working in various Medicaid billing environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide strategic vision and leadership.
- Proficiency in EHR/Microsoft Office and ability to work outside of traditional business hours as needed.
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish a plus.
- Must have own car and valid driver's license.
