Position Overview:
The Supportive Housing Program Supervisor collaborates closely with the Director of Supportive Housing to oversee the daily functions of the Supportive Housing and Rental Assistance program. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including the administration and coordination of services, staff supervision, and coaching to ensure the delivery of person-centered care. Additionally, the supervisor will be accountable for quality assurance, corporate compliance activities, data management, and other projects as directed by the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Supportive Housing program.
- Supervise and mentor staff in providing high-quality, person-centered services.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and corporate policies.
- Oversee data management and reporting tasks.
- Participate in various projects as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of three years of experience in behavioral health and housing.
- Experience in supervision is preferred.
- Strong computer, electronic health record (EHR), communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in both office and field settings.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and access to a vehicle for fieldwork.
- Eligibility to work legally in the United States.
