Position Summary:
The Supportive Housing Supervisor collaborates closely with the Director of Supportive Housing to oversee the daily functions of the Supportive Housing/Rental Assistance program. This role encompasses various responsibilities, including the administration and coordination of services, staff supervision, and coaching in the delivery of person-centered care. The Supervisor is also accountable for quality assurance, corporate compliance activities, data management, and additional projects as assigned by the Director.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of three years of experience in behavioral health and housing; supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional skills in computer/EHR systems, communication, interpersonal relations, organization, and administration. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, work independently, and operate in both office and field settings.
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and personal vehicle for fieldwork is mandatory. Background checks, including criminal history and fingerprinting, are required for compliance with various state regulations.
- Must possess legal eligibility to work in the United States.
