Job Description

Human Development Services of Westchester, Inc. is a community-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing vital services to vulnerable populations in New York State. We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a Chief Program Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple teams with comprehensive responsibilities, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in developing and supporting a peer workforce, and developing new recovery-oriented services as opportunities arise.
  • Represent the agency as a community liaison, working with program directors to maintain census, corporate compliance, quality improvement activities, and revenue cycle management through Medicaid billing.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in program operations.
  • Strong background in program operations, with experience working in various Medicaid billing environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide strategic vision and leadership.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and own car.
