**Job Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive/Broker II to join our Construction Services Group in New York. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing coverage strategies and marketing initiatives for renewal and prospective business. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably in construction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Benefits and Compensation
A competitive salary range of $120,000 to $200,000 annually, based on education, experience, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans, receiving an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
