The Principal, Business Development will drive growth by creating, managing, and expanding high-impact relationships across our carrier and broker partners.

This leader will work closely with internal teams to develop solutions that align with each partner's unique needs and strategic objectives.

The estimated salary range for this role is $180,000-$210,000 per year, based on experience and location.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture leadership-level relationships with partners
  • Spearhead negotiations to establish new, high-value relationships
  • Upsell and cross-sell Nayya's solutions to existing partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for each partner

Requirements:

  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Aptitude for understanding and articulating Nayya's products and value propositions
