Broker Dealer Channel Growth Specialist

iCapital is looking for a seasoned Business Development professional to join the Relationship Management team, focusing on expanding the company's presence in the U.S. wealth channel, specifically within the Independent Broker Dealer segment.
This role will play a pivotal part in managing and growing relationships with iCapital's largest clients and prospects in the Broker Dealer channel, while driving new business initiatives and acquiring new clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating compelling pitch decks and presentations, conducting market analysis, negotiating client contracts, and ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to iCapital's growth and success within the wealth management industry.
Responsibilities- Drive new enterprise opportunities with new clients, prospects, and within the existing client base.
- Promote a consultative approach to identify and acquire new enterprise accounts using iCapital's proposition.
- Educate clients on iCapital's technology capabilities.
- Provide regular pipeline updates and reports to Client Management teams and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate client and prospect feedback to the organization to improve delivery and client experience.
- 12+ years of experience in business development/relationship management within the Broker Dealer channel.
- 12+ years of experience in financial services or financial technology.
- Able to deliver complex product sets and/or technology offerings to Enterprise clients.
- Strong experience with alternative investments, structured investments, and/or annuities.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $220,000-$280,000.
